RSCA is made up of the companies and individuals who own, operate, supply and provide services to the metro area's commercial and residential roofers and siders.

RSCA offers a year-round schedule of services, programs and activities designed to support the professional development of its members, represent their common interests, and provide them with a means of building and maintaining industry relationships.

RSCA is incorporated as a not-for-profit [IRS Code section 501 (c)(3)] organization, governed by a 9-person Board of Directors elected by the membership. RSCA was established in 1977 as the trade association for the area's roofing and siding industry.
